as you can see on the date of this picture, it was during the New Year noche buena... the family opted for something different, rather than spaghetti or pancit..it was Chicken Mami!! and its not just your ordinary mami...the soup stock was slow cooked for hours composed of chicken back and pork spareribs with sibut (chinese seasoning), salt and pepper...then the other ingredients were also prepped up..pancit miki, chopped green onions, chicharon, toasted garlic, boiled egg cut into pieces, calamansi...assemble them in a bowl and pour in the soup...yummy!! :D
