It's been months since my last post, what's keeping me busy is cooking Passion Fruit Jam. Happy Cordillera Day everyone! here is a treat I made for the family since it was a holiday today here in the highlands and as a promise for my sons that mommy was going to bake a cake for them. Thanks to the owner of this site who gladly shared her family recipe, indeed it was yummy! my family couldn't wait to dig in, so I made an easy mocha frosting to go with it.
